Gazzetta n. 159 del 10 luglio 2012 (vai al sommario) MINISTERO DELL'INTERNO COMUNICATO Comunicato relativo all'estratto del decreto n. 557/PAS/E/007024/XVJ(53)11 del 22 marzo 2012 e n. 557/P.A.S.9436-XV.J(5691) del 14 giugno 2012, concernenti il riconoscimento e la classificazione di alcuni manufatti esplosivi. Nell'estratto del decreto del Ministro dell'interno n. 557/PAS/E/007024/XVJ(53)11 del 22 marzo 2012, pubblicato nella Gazzetta Ufficiale della Repubblica italiana - serie generale - n. 92 del 19 aprile 2012, con il quale sono stati riconosciuti e classificati alcuni manufatti esplosivi denominati: "DGV - C25 GETTO BIANCO - STR" (massa attiva g 25,0); "DGV - C25 GETTO BLU - STR" (massa attiva g 25,0); "DGV - C25 GETTO ROSSO - STR" (massa attiva g 25,0); "DGV - C25 GETTO VERDE - STR" (massa attiva g 25,0); "DGV - C25 GETTO VIOLA - STR" (massa attiva g 25,0); "DGV - C25 GETTO GIALLO - STR" (massa attiva g 25,0); "DGV - C25 GETTO TREMOLANTE BIANCO - STR" (massa attiva g 25,0); "DGV - C25 GETTO TREMOLANTE GIALLO - STR" (massa attiva g 25,0), sono rettificati come di seguito indicato: "DVG - C25 GETTO BIANCO - STR" (massa attiva g 25,0); "DVG - C25 GETTO BLU - STR" (massa attiva g 25,0); "DVG - C25 GETTO ROSSO - STR" (massa attiva g 25,0); "DVG - C25 GETTO VERDE - STR" (massa attiva g 25,0); "DVG - C25 GETTO VIOLA - STR" (massa attiva g 25,0); "DVG - C25 GETTO GIALLO - STR" (massa attiva g 25,0); "DVG - C25 GETTO TREMOLANTE BIANCO - STR" (massa attiva g 25,0); "DVG - C25 GETTO TREMOLANTE GIALLO - STR" (massa attiva g 25,0). Avverso il presente provvedimento e' ammesso ricorso giurisdizionale al T.A.R. o, in alternativa, ricorso straordinario al Presidente della Repubblica, rispettivamente, entro 60 o 120 giorni dalla notifica. Con decreto ministeriale n. 557/P.A.S. 9436-XV.J(5691) del 14. 06. 2012 le masse attive dei manufatti sotto elencati, sono rettificate come segue: "MARTARELLO ZX8060" (massa attiva g 690, 00); "MARTARELLO ZX8060a" (massa attiva g 916, 50) "MARTARELLO ZX8061" (massa attiva g 937, 00) "MARTARELLO XX6011-S-NEW" (massa attiva g 18, 00) Avverso il presente provvedimento e' ammesso ricorso giurisdizionale al T.A.R. o, in alternativa, ricorso straordinario al Presidente della Repubblica, rispettivamente, entro 60 o 120 giorni dalla notifica.
