Eccipienti: glicerolo monostearato 40-55, idrossipropilcellulosa, ipromellosa, magnesio stearato, acido metacrilico copolimerizzato etilacrilato (1:1) dispersione al 30%, cellulosa microcristallina, paraffina sintetica, macrogol 6000, polisorbato 80, crospovidone, sodio stearil fumarato, zucchero granulare (saccarosio e amido), talco, diossido di titanio (E171), trietil citrato, coloranti ferro ossido rosso-bruno e ferro ossido giallo (E172). Indicazioni terapeutche: LUCEN compresse e' indicato per: malattia da reflusso gastresofageo (MRGE); trattamento dell'esofagite da reflusso erosiva; trattamento di mantenimento a lungo termine per la prevenzione delle recidive nei pazienti in cui si e' ottenuta la cicatrizzazione dell'esofagite; trattamento sintomatico della malattia da reflusso gastroesofageo (MRGE). In associazione ad antibatterici in un appropriato regime terapeutico per l'eradicazione dell'Helicobacter pylori e guarigione dell'ulcera duodenale associata a Helicobacter pylori e prevenzione delle recidive delle ulcere peptiche in pazienti con ulcere associate ad Helicobacter pylori.
